Apple Quietly Updates the Mac mini

Rumors have been bandied about in the blogosphere regarding the anticipated Mac mini revision. Well, the wait is over and the new 1.5GHz (formerly 1.42GHz) and 1.33GHz (formerly 1.25GHz) models are now shipping.

What else do you get in the revised models?

  • An updated Boot ROM version 4.9.4f0
  • Hard drives were upgraded to 5,400-rpm models

MacVroom Helps MacFormat Magazine Mac Your Ride!

The October 2005 issue of MacFormat magazine (#160) includes an excellent feature on the Mac mini and car installs. MacVroom helped out on the article with our “10 Tips for a Successful Install.”
