News of another Mac’d ride from Classic Restorations – this time it’s a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This Mac mini install will be sporting a touchscreen monitor flushed into the stock dash, a USB control knob (probably a Griffin PowerMate), a USB hub and an iSight camera.

Classic Restorations MacNova

The first of Classic Restorations Mac mini installs has begun. The first car to get “Mac’d out” is a 1969 MacNova SS. The CPU has been installed in the cars glove box area and is controlled via a 7″ touch screen and Griffin PowerMate controller. Let the integration begin… Classic Restorations of Sloatsburg, NY has already begun development of a Mac mini car solution and is taking reservations for installations starting on Jan. 22.
